Owner, Licensed Carpenter
Ryan Hargrave
With over 18 years in the carpentry trade, Ryans dedication to high quality home construction has been highly sought after in Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas. Ryan is not only a licensed carpenter but also a certified ICF installer, bringing a vast amount of skill and knowledge to each project.
When he is not at work, you can find Ryan camping around Ontario with his wife and 4 sons. Ryan enjoys summers on the water, whether it’s fishing up North or taking the boat out for the day on one of the Kawartha’s many beautiful Lakes. During the winter, he spends plenty an hour at the arena coaching and assisting in the boys hockey teams.

Dan has been with the team now for 7 years. Starting off as a co-op student in high school, Dan has worked hard to gain valuable skills as he completes his licensed carpentry apprenticeship.

Sean McNamee
Sean joined Hargrave Homes as a high school co-op student five years ago and has remained a dedicated employee since then. Sean is continuing to hone his carpentry skills as he works towards his apprenticeship certification.

Dan has joined the team over the last year after retiring from the building supply industry. He brings a vast amount of knowledge and a smile to every task to takes on.
